Loan Waiver Scheme for LPS Farmers
The objective of the Scheme is to provide debt waiver assistance to eligible Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) farmer families by waiving crop loans up to a maximum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) per family, based on the extent of agricultural land surrendered under the Land Pooling Scheme (LPS 2.0) and the applicable Scale of Finance.

Who the Scheme Applies To
The Scheme shall apply to landowners who voluntarily surrender agricultural land and execute deed of contract (Form-V) under the AP Capital Region Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation & Implementation) Rules, 2025, in the notified villages.

Eligible Loans
Crop loans and agriculture gold loans obtained exclusively for crop production purposes will be waived as per the following guidelines.

From Scheduled Commercial Banks, Regional Rural Banks and Cooperative Banks (excluding Urban Cooperative Banks) operating in Andhra Pradesh
Including loans routed through accredited Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Societies / Farmer Service Centres
Notified Villages
The Scheme shall apply in the notified villages under the AP Capital Region Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation & Implementation) Rules, 2025. Landowners in these villages who voluntarily surrender agricultural land and execute deed of contract (Form-V) are covered under the scheme.
